Robert Rogers

Robert L. Rogers is a Criminal Defense attorney located in Dallas, Texas. Robert is an experienced litigator with an emphasis on State and Federal Criminal Defense. He has tried thousands of cases in the field of criminal law and his practice focuses solely on criminal law matters. He is licensed to practice in all State and federal courts in Texas and possesses exceptional skill in handling State and Federal criminal law matters.

A former Chief Felony Prosecutor with the Dallas District Attorney’s Office, Robert has unique insight into every aspect of a criminal case. As a prosecutor, Robert successfully handled everything from DWIs to cases involving the Death Penalty. Robert was also a speaker at
numerous seminars attended by law enforcement, social workers and prosecutors from across the state and country. After eleven years as a prosecutor, Robert was recruited by former District Judge Manny Alvarez to join him in private practice.

Most recently, Robert has joined forces with experienced criminal defense lawyer Hank Judin.
In his years of private practice Robert has defended hundreds of individuals accused of state
misdemeanors and felonies, as well as various federal charges. He has successfully achieved
acquittals in state felony and misdemeanor jury and bench trials. In numerous cases, his clients
received other favorable results such as Grand Jury No-Bills, Dismissals, Reduced Charges and
minimal probation.

Robert understands that each case and each client requires the focus, attention, creativity and
skills that he acquired over the years. It is not an option to merely settle, but to aggressively seek and achieve the best possible outcome according to the facts and circumstances of each case.
